This site is only intended for use by people resident in those areas specified in this website. We operate this website to enable you to buy Products from the Outlet of your choice
By placing an order through this site, you warrant to the Outlet you have selected that:
(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
(b) You are at least 18 years old.
(c) If you are purchasing alcohol and appear to be under the age of 21 you will be required to prove that you are over 18. Only the following forms of I.D. will be accepted: Passport, Photo Driving License.
4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail or SMS message from the Outlet in response to the order at which point the contract between you and the Outlet will be confirmed.
4.2 The Contract will relate only to those Products defined within your order whose availability has been confirmed by the Outlet, accepting your order. The Outlet will not be obliged to supply any other Products which are not specified within your order.

Once an order is placed, you will be provided the option to cancel the order up until the point of acceptance from the Outlet. You will not have any right to cancel an order once accepted by the Outlet.
The Outlet´s goal is to deliver or make available on-time i.e. delivering at the time it quotes. Unfortunately factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent the Outlet from achieving this. The Outlet cannot be responsible for late delivery.
7.1 Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card to be charged as specified in this website or by cash paid to the Outlet on delivery or collection.
7.2 If Payment is by credit or debit card then the order is only charged once the takeaway accepts the order. However before the order is sent to the takeaway we need to check and set aside the available funds in your bank. This is to ensure payment can be made upon order acceptance. This is called a deferred transaction. The money will not leave your account it is just set aside from your available funds until the order is accepted. If the order is not accepted there can be in some instances a small delay in this returning to your bank account. We reverse all transactions upon them not being accepted however due to how the banks and card processing companies work it sometimes does not happen instantaneously. Contacting a your card issuing bank usually will speed this reversal up. We have no control over the length of time these reversals can happen. By placing on order on our platform using a Feed Me Online Website, Feed Me Online App, Partner App or Partner Website you are accepting that if your order is not accepted you may be without the funds until the card processing company and bank have reversed the transaction.
7.3 If a refund is to be issued it will (where possible) be done to you. The Outlet is responsible for all refunds for orders, by cash or credit / debit card. We have no involvement with regards to payments between the Outlet and the consumer.
8.1 The Outlet´s liability for failing to deliver Products of satisfactory quality or otherwise breaking this contract is limited to the price of those Products.
8.2 Any complaints relating to the failure to deliver Products or unsatisfactory quality of the Product should be directed to the Outlet.
8.3 FeedMeOnline is not responsible and has no liability to the contract between the Outlet and customer. Any intervention from FeedMeOnline, regarding complaints and disputes, is at the discretion of FeedMeOnline.
