I have been a regular customer for quite some time now however things seem to be going downhill. The orders are starting to take longer to be delivered\t this one was over half an hour late on top of the estimated time of just less an hour for delivery anyway. When I called to ask where our order was\t it was on it's way\t 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes later it arrived. Items are starting to be missed off the delivery\t tonight 2 portions of chips were missed. The driver did offer to return with the missing items and did as such\t another half an hour later with only 1 portion of the missing 2. We were given a 1.5L bottle of Pepsi for the inconvenience\t but we never order Pepsi\t as we don't drink it.\n\nOverall the food is usually good however the service and food quality seem to be going down with each and every order.

Lovely food friendly staff and clean premisess. The only thig is a a big price diffrences in desserts from other take aways choc gateau is normally £1.00 and here its £2.00 dosent make sence to me lol.

Have been a regular customer for some time but items are missed off from delivery even though id paid these already. Upon questioning this a couple of times\t I was advised "you live too far for us to come back with your missing item."\nItems have been missing from our last few orders regularly now and I don't accept that distance should con me out of money. If I am a paying customer then I should receive exactly what I have paid for. Very disappointed.
