Apart from delivering on time there wasn’t much good to say.. donner kebab cold, chicken kebab tiny and cold, garlic bread all be it free was burnt and cold.. chips just about passable.. very disappointed

Food came quickly but all the kids popcorn and chips and the other so called large chips were all in paper bags, portions were very small and the bags got all wet and fell apart making the food a bit damp and soggy.... felt a bit disappointed really as it seems to be getting worse over the past few times that we have ordered, shame as we normally really enjoy the food and all the staff and drivers are really polite and nice Hope it gets back to normal real soon

Usually always good, but tonight I left most of it! The kebab was absolutely smothered in chilli sauce and despite scraping most of it off, I couldn’t eat the kebab as it was ruined. Garlic mushrooms greasy and I couldn’t eat them!

We order from milanos a lot, Normally excellent.... never had any faults but past few times ordering things have been missing or small portions... never like to complain and never give a BAD review as the food delivered is very good most of the time... nothing can be perfect all of the time... thanks for the service

Food and delivery always good. My only concern is that I ordered the strawberry gateaux but received the chocolate one. I’ve ordered the strawberry one several times in the past but only once received it. No explanation and nothing on the website to say it’s unavailable. Otherwise, very good.
