Normally the food here is amazing. My parmo was chewy and my partners pizza was burnt to the point the edges had all curled up. I can’t believe it was served like that.

Food was tasteless. Farmhouse pizza was so thin and dry, was like a cheap Iceland frozen pizza. Portion of donner meat was also anemic, needed cooking longer. First time I’ve had a bad meal from here. Don’t know if it’s been taken over ??

I have always used Pizzaella for takeaway food. I have not used them for a while and tonight I ordered a pizza and fries. Terrible experience the fries were hard and the pizza dry and over cooked. I certainly wouldn’t be using Pizzaella again. What a shame because this was an amazing food experience not so long ago .
