Food was cold and chips where hard as dried out, very disappointing the website said collect at 10.09 pm and I have a screenshot for proof. Took a call to say our food had been ready sometime at 9.50 pm and I asked it will be fresh told yes but when collected two mins later it was not the usual standard . Went in the wheelie bin. Won’t be ordering online as in the past the takeaway have rang to say collect before stated time so we just thought they were extremely busy with it been sat night.
