Chicken Inn is advertising themselves as jump works ..they also didn't deliver my 2 cans and bottle even after I phoned and told them a few times ..they are very dodgy people at chicken in and I will be going further with this.

Completely utter waste of time ordered food from what I thought was the jump works so turned up at jump works and it wasn't the jump works told be told its the old pp work ran it as these are pretending to be them so went to the the chicken hut at 5.13 wen the order was suppose to be ready at 5 told be told it wasn't and had to wait. Do not use these con men wasting people time

We waited over 2hrs , our order had gone to the wrong address. When I rang to see where it was I was told it had gone to the wrong address but they was going to make it again and send it out as priority. When it did arrive it was cold and I think they had just retrieved it from the address it had been delivered to and then brought to us. Obviously we couldn’t eat it as we didn’t know if it had been tampered with. Very poor indeed

This takeaway is not The Jumpworks Takeaway. I will say that again, ordering from here does not get you food from The Jumpworks it gets you food from The Chicken Inn. Totally unacceptable and decietful.

Ordered from jumpworks website received food from chicken inn. Compared the prices, jumpworks is more expensive than chicken inn. Was charged more and not notified the food was coming from a different establishment. The order took over an hour to arrive and all of the food was cold

Listen, this is a bit of a backwards review but I'm hoping it works. I love jumpworks, I really do, it's my favourite takeaway in Accrington. The food is ace, they put so much toppings on everything, loads of cheese, the deals are great but please.... stop forgetting the sauces !! Like you have to pay for them so it's just like buying another food or drink item but the amount of times they don't come, last night included.... and I'm not going to make you trail all the way back out with a tub of sauce. I've given you 5stars bc when you get it right you're the best.... I'm hoping this will work. Ta x

My order did not come from the jumpworks takeaway. This takeaway is being advertised as being the jumpworks but is actually the chicken inn. Really feel deceived by that. Not only that but the chicken tasted ''different'' (Pidgeon probably) tiny gravy tub was only half filled, no red salt when clearly specified. Wont be using this website of this takeaway again. Watch out people

Ordered a chicken burger meal and a garlic bread. The burger meal turned up after 1 hour 15 minutes and the order was missing the garlic bread. The driver stated that he wasn't given a garlic bread. We phoned up to ask for the garlic bread to be resent and we were told it would be sent 'soon'. It turned up 45 minutes later and was stone cold. We phoned back up to complain and was told they'll send it out when the driver gets back. An hour later we recieve the order. Nearly 4 hours for the whole food order to turn up is ridiculous!! If 0 stars was an option this would still be too many!

The driver turned up within a reasonable time however some of our order was missing. We questioned this with the driver who stated that it wasn't our order and wanted proof that we had ordered it, although the number written on the box was the same as what was written on the bag. The order in the bag was incorrect and the driver told us to accept it and it will be made up to us next time we order. We declined and phoned up and were told the same thing however we were given an option to wait for the correct delivery. We waited. When this turned up 15/20 minutes later it was stone cold. We ordered meal deals which were supposed to come with drinks. We still have not recieved our drinks.

My Peri peri full chicken was absolutely freezing and I ordered loaded chips and got something entirely different not good at all could even get through to the restaurant to complain about it

Loved the chips, so tasty with the red salt. Chicken pizza was tasty, hot and fresh with just the right balance of topping -plenty of gooey cheese but not so much that it made the base soggy. Burger was succulent.

Ordered a pepperoni special (pepperoni, red onion and mushrooms) stuffed crust pizza. The pizza arrived was just pepperoni. The pepperoni special costs more that plain pepperoni and there were no comments as to why my order was wrong and no offer of a refund. Very disappointed. Pizza was lovely though
