Well delivery was good unwrapped the food start eating chicken broke up a pita bread. I'm not one to complain but on the back of the Pita bread there was mould,, only about an inch but it's definitely mould and I've bend it. I took a picture of it. The chicken was nice. Little bit dry that just put me off. Sorry to say but I've had food on many occasion from there what I've never had any problems with and I always enjoy it. For some reason tonight just didn't. I only has to be a little thing. What puts you off food and that's it? So overall 5 out of 10?

The T bone meal which i ordered last evening was underdone, hard, chewy and there was still traces of blood on the meat. Another disappointing meal from this favourite restaurant. Meat was uneatable and i personally called the restaurant to complain about this. The person answering the phone simply said its the same chef and he normally cooks well, but it could be the same chef but maybe he was not up for it last evening! I hope that they will take it seriously as they are not delivering as they said they would. Not a happy customer and its a shame that we are slowly losing grip of this restaurant

Ordered chicken kebabs and received lamb doner kebabs. When I called to say order was wrong was told I ordered incorrectly. Shown the online order receipt that said ‘kebab’. Been ordering the same order for years so disappointed. I don’t eat lamb or doner meat.

Always love your food but last night it was not what we had expected. Food somehow was not as much tasty as our previous orders and the chips were very overcooked and hard. Too much onions on the salad..I would recommend using purple onion instead of the normal onion. N ormal onions are not supposed to be used in salads. Was very disappointed with the food as you usually deliver scrumptious meals all the time
