Don’t even deserve the 1 star, ordered at 4 didn’t come till 5:40 and it was cold, no one rang to say they didn’t actually have a driver till 5:15 and even when I rang to see where the order was, customer service is appalling won’t even attempt to order from here again, handed the food back to the driver

Ordered large cod and chips which used to feed 2 of us, what we received tonight was not large, barely fed 1 of us, charging for large and deliver regular, also had to reheat as it was almost cold

Waited over a hour and 1/2 for delivery rang twice to see where it was first time was waiting on driver second time was with driver for it to come and the Fanta bottles ain’t even Fanta it’s cheap orange if I knew it had been took over before I placed the order I wouldn’t off ordered will never order again!!!

Zero Star. The order was delivered late(has happened before). And as usual/always fries were not freshly made, were soggy and terrible. I have complained about it before, but unfortunately nothing has changed. All this is happening when their food prices are going up regularly. For this particular order we have paid £33.36 including £1 delivery and 50 pence online service charge. Unfortunately we don’t have many options as pretty much all these local takeaways/food delivery services are the same. No attention to detail. 2 hours later we're still waiting, rang twice, 1st I was told they're waiting for the chips to cook, that was when it was already 15 mins late, 2nd we were told the delivery driver has a tire problem and be 15 mins, it's now been an extra 25! Never again

I love Khans Fish Bar! The food is always great and any comments on your order are always adhered to. The 3 piece peri peri chicken strips are incredible and my partner loves the garlic mushrooms! However, if you do order, make it for collection where possible. Delivery takes ages, took 40 minutes longer than the estimated delivery time which was already an hour away. Don’t get me wrong it’s probably because of how popular/busy they are but if you can avoid delivery then do so!

1.5hrs for delivery. Food arrived cold. Boxes were soggy as they’d been sat for too long. Sauces had all popped open and ended up with a carrier bag full of garlic sauce. Hadn’t had a bad meal from Khans till now. Has ownership changed?? Wouldn’t recommend ??
