You can then browse the takeaways finding the best discounts, the best reviews, and the best cuisine for you! Our easy ordering process means you will have your order placed in no time. Then you can sit back, enjoy your discount, and enjoy your takeaway!
WHAT IS THE CATCH?
There isn't one! It will not cost you a penny to join. We also do not charge our restaurants and takeaways commission, we simply ask that they provide you, the customer, with exclusive discounts.
WHAT IS THE FMO MOVEMENT?
The 'FMO Movement' is a bold new movement aimed at targeting hunger across the world by changing the way we order our takeaways. FeedMeOnline works in conjunction with your local takeaways to offer you, the customer, discounts on every order. We do not charge commission to the takeaways unlike other similar sites and that is how we make this possible. What you do with the discount is up to you!
The Local Movement - You can join the movement by simply ordering your takeaway through our website. We want to provide people, students and families in our local communities with a cheaper way of living. By providing discounts on takeaways we allow your money to stretch further each and every week.
The World Movement - When looking at the bigger picture, donating your discount can feed 6 people every time you order. This is based on the WFP's [World Food Programmes] calculations and that of our average discount per order. Our aim is to have the world eating together and help towards building a world without hunger.

You place your order, we do the rest! We will make it clear throughout our checkout procedure just how much you will save and the discount will be automatically deducted from the cost.

If no takeaways appear then unfortunately we may not have any signed up in your area yet. But don't worry, as a company we are growing and growing by the day and hope to be with you shortly.
HOW DO I FIND THE BEST TAKEAWAYS IN MY AREA?
Start by entering your postcode into our search box so we can provide you a list of your local takeaways. Then you can browse the takeaways based on discount, ratings, reviews and cuisine to find what's best for you. The reviews are left by other FeedMeOnline users after they have ordered and their fantastic feedback allows you to find the takeaways best suited to you.
WHY DO I NEED TO ENTER MY POSTCODE?
By entering your postcode we are able to find the takeaways in your local area that will deliver to you.
But don't worry! If you want to search further afield you can do this by broadening your search distance. You must be aware, however, that many takeaways have a limited delivery distance and you may have to collect your order.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Find A Takeaway - Browse through your local takeaways to find the one that is right for you.
Add Your Food - Add your food to the order with live updates showing how much you will save.
Proceed To Checkout - Decide how you want to pay. Do you want collection or delivery? Then place your order!
Order Confirmed - Get your order confirmation email and enjoy!
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You have the option to either pay at the takeaway upon collection, by card online, or by cash upon delivery.
HOW DO I VIEW MY PAST ORDERS?
Start by logging in to your FeedMeOnline account. Then by clicking on the 'MY ORDERS' section you will be able to view all your previous orders.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY FOOD IS HALAL?
If the Halal symbol is not present please assume the takeaway is not Halal.
If the Halal symbol is not present please assume the takeaway does not use Halal meat.
I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. WHAT SHALL I DO?
Firstly, we would ask you to please be careful when choosing your food. In addition, during the ordering process you are given the opportunity to leave a comment for the takeaway. Here you should leave a comment for the takeaway stating any dietary requirements you may have. To be extra careful we would also suggest contacting the takeaway to confirm their receipt of your requirements. The takeaway's contact information will be given to you once the order has been placed.
HAVING TROUBLE?
WHY ARE THERE NO TAKEAWAYS APPEARING IN MY POSTCODE AREA?
If no takeaways appear then unfortunately we may not have any signed up in your area yet. But don't worry, as a company we are growing and growing by the day and hope to be with you shortly.
If you think there should be takeaways signed up in your area, or in fact know that there already are, please get in touch with us. Our customer care personnel are more than happy to deal with any issues.
HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH THE TAKEAWAY?
Should you need to contact the takeaway or make any further enquires, we will display the takeaway's details once you have placed your order. In addition we will send you a confirmation email which will contain the takeaway's details.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE TAKEAWAY RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you are certain that you have not received the email confirmation we would advise you to contact the takeaway directly. If you still continue to have problems please contact our customer care team.
I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, IS MY FOOD ON ITS WAY?
Firstly, we suggest that you check your emails thoroughly. In addition we recommend checking that the confirmation email has not been forwarded to your junk email folder by your email client.
If you are certain that you have not received the email confirmation we would advise you to contact the takeaway directly. If you still continue to have problems please contact our customer care team.
WHERE IS MY FOOD?
You HAVE received a confirmation email:
The takeaway may be running behind or may not be able to find your address. We recommend that you get in touch directly with the takeaway using the contact details on the confirmation email.
You have NOT received a confirmation email:
This would suggest that your order has not been received or was declined by the takeaway. We would recommend that you get in touch directly with the takeaway. If you still continue to have problems please contact our customer care team.
THERE IS A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately once the order is placed, the takeaway takes over. We recommend that you get in touch directly with the takeaway to explain the mistake and see if it is rectifiable. Their contact details are displayed on the final page of the checkout and also on the confirmation email we send to you.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
You are yet to place your order:
Your order will not have been processed. You can still make changes and, if you wish, sign out without any further problems.
Your order has been accepted:
Unfortunately you cannot cancel the order. Should you have any queries about the order we recommend that you get in touch directly with the takeaway. Their contact details are displayed on the final page of the checkout and also on the confirmation email we send to you.
MY MEAL WAS UNACCEPTABLE, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
FeedMeOnline is not responsible for the quality of food provided by the takeaways. We recommend that you get in touch directly with the takeaway if you wish to make a complaint.
We understand how frustrating it is to receive an unsatisfactory meal. We ask that you also take the time to leave takeaways feedback. By doing this on our site you can make others aware of the issues you have had and help them to find the best takeaways in their area.
MY ORDER WAS NOT ACCEPTED, WHY HAS THE MONEY LEFT MY ACCOUNT?
The money was put to one side by your bank to make sure you had the funds to make the payment requested. Upon your order being declined your bank still holds this money and it will be returned to your account within 3 to 7 working days. To hurry up this process we advise you to contact your bank.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
Start by logging in to your FeedMeOnline account HERE. Once logged in you can view all your details by going to the 'MY DETAILS' section. Here you are able to edit all your personal details including changing your address and password.
You can also view your saved card details. Here you are able to edit and remove existing and expired cards from your account.
I REQUESTED A NEW PASSWORD AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
We will send new password information to you via email. If you have not received this email we recommend checking it has not been forwarded to your junk email folder by your email client.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PRIVATE DETAILS?
All data is protected by the data protection act 1998, and is secured in off site PCI compliant servers. All data being passed through the checkout is encrypted using SSL so you do not need to worry.
