I ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs and 2 chicken shawarma kebabs arrived. We aren’t 100% keen on shawarma and was looking forward to chicken tikka. It was too late to ring up and get them changed. The kids cheeseburger and chips was good though.

Arrived over an hour and 20 minutes late after ordering. Pizza was lukewarm and the burger was dry, did not receive a free cheesy garlic bread as advertised. Will not be ordering again.

Munchies is my regular takeaway place and I was very disappointed with the kebabs we received. Firstly there were no fries with the mega sharing box. The naans were dry and hard, almost stale. The donner meat was awful, reheated mush, just awful and un eatable. Like they had heated up last nights meat in a microwave. The lamb and chicken was dry and very little of it. Really put me off using munchies again so we are going to try elsewhere for the next few takeaways.

I always order from here but this order wasn't has good chips where hard and greasy and they put to much salt on there chips I ordered 15 pound to get the free garlic bread they never sent when I phoned up they said you need to spend 16 it was only last week they said if you spend 15 pound if you order from there app you get a free garlic bread with cheese then they added salad to my order when I put no salad so didn't enjoy at all

App stated 1hr delivery I checked the app after 45 min app said delivered so I rang to see where my order was and was told it's a plus of min away 20 min later I rang back to be told they were waiting for a driver food arrived 20 min after that it was warm not hot the food had become dry still tasted ok but wont he ordering again and I have deleted the app.

the food took over an hour to come because the driver got lost 40mins after getting an email saying he had left the shop. Called the shop and they said it was on his way and would be a few minutes. Ten minutes later he still hadn’t arrived, called the shop again, who said the same thing. When food arrived was cold and thrown in the bin. Won’t be ordering again.
