Highly spiced coked in the korai with fresh ginger, garlic, tomatoes, onion & capsicum, garnished with spring onion.
Lightly spiced & cooked in butter with onion, tomatoes, pepper & fresh herbs, mixed with fresh vegetables, served with naan bread or roti.
Prepared with flavoured basmati rice & a mixture of mild spices in ghee, served with a medium hot vegetable curry.
All chefs special dishes are made of tikka.

The best Indian food locally by a long way, in fact struggle to remember ever eating Indian food so good. Tried several meals from here and each time they are amazing, compared to other restaurants or takeaways who seem to regurgitate the same meal in different form, Pittington Spices meals are distinctive with a different look and taste to each meal.
