Food should have been delivered within an hour as stated when I ordered,I left it an extra 20 minutes over that hour before I rang up,I was told it hadn't even been cooked yet as they are busy! Got an apology on the phone and by the driver but not good enough,food wasn't even hot on arrival and the chips where rubbery like they had been reheated several times,most of it went in the bin,waste of time and money. Almost 2 hours from ordering and i had to chase it up,food was luke warm at best even though it had apparently just been cooked and it wasn't even very nice today either. I have been using Bodrum Grill for many many years,that's just ended today........

Good and hot food but disappointed in delivery tonight, ordered at 1915, delivered at 2055. I called to chase up, I appreciate they are busy but a curtisey call or message would be good to avoid negative reviews.

We ordered from them many times and very tasty. Negativ is we have found hair or beard once in our food and they are using a box for cheesy chips which is not a good choice. The cheese is stuck on box lid which is annoying but if you ask they put some chips on cheese.
