This is usually our favourite place to order from\t however... tonights service and quality was awful! It took them 2 hours from us ordering to get the food here\t we phoned the takeaway and they said the driver couldn't find the house but they would get it to us in 15 mins. 10 mins later the delivery guy phones us and says he is at the neighbours and cant find our house so my partner went outside to find him\t then the delivery guy tried to blame us saying we didn't have our number on the site but if we didn't have our number on the site how did he ring us??? Think they need to learn new blaming tactics! Anyway the food finally arrived cold\t wet and stale.. it was awful. If by any miracle we do order from here again i hope it is not the same as this experience and if it is we will not accept the food.

Not used this take away for a while but thats all going to change now\t the food was excellent\t it's so different from other take always selling similar stuff\t very tasty and good potion size\t they did how ever forget the chips and as the order was only 4 items it's pretty much unforgiveable but I couldn't be bothered to call to complain\t just hope they read this and be extra vigilant
