Order from here all the time and it is usually on time and the food is nice and hot. However this time it arrived after just over an hour and half and was stone cold and horrible. I rang up to tell them and the guy on the phone assured me it was just made\t which clearly it was not. He offered no apology or anything. Very disappointed this time.

1h 30m is not good enough for delivery and it happens every week so think I may have to find another takeaway now.... When I ring to ask where it is there's never an apology - only an abrupt "setting off now". Shame as I am (was) a regular customer.

I put a note politely asking if they would double check the order (as the last two orders in a row had things missing). Guess what? Missing rice. I'm torn whether to order again. The food is great - three times in a row! Also - I'm surprised they didn't give anything free knowing they'd let me down a few times (so I'd lost money - as they couldn't refund online because they said the "payment system is really complicated")

Unfortunately my pizza was missing so my partner and I ate separately. The "he will bring it straight away" took another half an hour. So while they were sorry and they did kindly provide some free popadoms and dips\t it really is a shame that it took so long. Food is very good though.

I order from this takeaway on a regular basis but on this occasion\t the chips were freezing and both curries had absolutely no taste. The rice also looked like it had been sat a while and was very watery.\nDisappointing as I am a regular customer but this has put me off

After ordering online it took over an hour to arrive. When it did it was cold! (We live literally 3 minutes away) We rung up to complain and the man was very rude and unhelpful\t insisting that it wasn't cold and it was freshly made and sent out. We had to argue with him to get him to send us out some new chips\t breads etc. he then said that this would take 15 minutes in that time all our food would be stone cold. So we ate it anyway. The new food eventually arrived and the delivery driver was shockingly rude\t he insulted my husband and called him cheeky on our own doorstep! \nSo overall food was ok but cold\t customer service was disgusting\t waste of time and money!
