Always go to Indian Spice. Tried a few different curries and always been great. However last few times noticed portion sizes getting smaller and food isn't coming as hot as usual?

So disappointed. Had to ring after an hour and a half as meal not turned up. When arrrived finally was lukewarm. Request for chicken to be chicken tikka korma not happened. No apology for late delivery.

Ordered meal at 8pm. (eta 9.30 on Feedme Online) Was finally delivered at 10.45 after many follow up calls and was lukewarm. We have been loyal supporters of Indian Spice since they opened and have recommended them to all of our friends. In the last few months however the quality & quantity of food has dropped a lot. No apologies were provided and after asking we had to settle on a £7 discount or we would have gone hungry. Last night was the final straw and we'll spend our money elsewhere. Really disappointed as we were staunch supporters......

This takeaway is usually excellent but wasn't great this time. The drinks were not included\t and no explanation given why\t and the curry\t whilst being fine\t wasn't up to the usual high standards
