We were so disappointed with the order we made on Sunday just gone. Firstly I made the order at 7.20pm and the estimated time of arrival was 8.50pm. We were a bit annoyed but the pizza is always so good it was worth the wait. When the pizza and chips did arrive, at 9.30pm 40 minutes late, they were both cold. The chips, which meant to have parmesan, truffle oil and rosemary were just plain chips with a tiny bit of oil on. A small thing but rather than 7up I was given a lemon san pellegrino which I don't like. When I called the shop to state we were unhappy we were pretty much told tough luck and they blamed the food being cold on the delivery driver, and the attitude of the person I spoke to was pretty disgusting. We've supported Fuochi since it opened and went a good fews times a month and this has left a really sour taste in our mouths about ordering in the future. So disappointed ??

Very disappointed, I heard big things. The words and ingredients mentioned stuck them in the big arena. Unfortunately it was all gas. I ordered Parmesan truffle fries (£4plus) I got 50 undercooked oven chips. The pizza base itself was decent if a little bit undercooked. The cheese was average as was the tomato sauce.

I would like to give 5 stars as you deserved when I've been to eat in but when I ordered through the app I received a pizza that can't be named pizza as was awful compared with what I eated in. The bruschetta was with tomato just cutted and thrown on the focaccia with basil on and garlic on top ( I'm italian and that wasn't a bruschetta, even the focaccia was not the same). I can understand that was a Saturday and maybe was busy but that does not justify what I received compared with the expectations. Very disappointed
