Said the order would arrive at 520 still nothing at 620,720,phone number stated is not the right one,messaged through Facebook too be told the ordering system is playing up this was at 7. Food finally arrived at 830. Communication is non existent.used to always order from here but not a chance anymore.

Worst take away ever. Took over 1 hour and a half to come and the food was so cold. They gave me a beef burger instead of a chicken burger. I don’t eat beef and I tried it. I still haven’t got my refund. The manager also thought giving me this food was okay cause she not long ate it. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

If I could put zero starts I would, took over an hour to get the food and then when it turns up there are things missing. Called to ask and get told its on its way and never turns up

We ordered at 5.40pm and didn’t receive our food till 7.25pm, took me 23 attempts to ring the chip shop before someone answered , first time got told my food would be with me in 15 mins , 20 minutes later still had not arrived , a further 30 minutes after this we finally got our food. My wrap basically wasn’t a wrap ! Was just loads of filling on an open wrap , and my chips were just hard bits of batter :( really disappointed as we order from here regularly !

Had a call to say one item was Missing from the menu and asked to choose a substitute then took over hour and half to arrive ,when it did arrive it was like warm and sweaty ,very disappointed

Will never eat from here again, food was nearly 2 hours, turned up cold, was just nasty all round really, ended up with beans on toast ????.......never again!!!!! Only gave it 1 star because u have to give a rating otherwise I wouldn't have bothered

The order came and was wrong sent peas instead of curry, sent just donner meat wrap instead of mixed and when we rang they said we was closing so just sent what was left well no I'm sorry this isn't acceptable it was only half 8 when we ordered we asked for a refund on the stuff that was wrong said they would call us back and never did not sure if it under new management but have used this place for ages an not had problem before really disappointed!!!

Ordered at 6:30 pm, delivery time was 7:15pm didn't come till 8:45 pm I tried calling the shop no answer, they did the same last time I contacted the manager and he told me that it was delivered 20 mins ago when I didn't received food,, it disgusting they need more customer service and I bring alot of custom through family and friends but they will loose out now as I won't be ordering from there anymore

ordered at 5:05pm, at 6:15pm phoned the shop to ask where order was. Was told it was on the way, 25 minutes later it arrived. pizza was cold, chips were cold. i have used mr chips for a few years, but this will be my last order. the delivery always takes at least one hour, despite them being less than one mile from my house.
