Food beautiful however one of the parmesans we ordered was incorrect (normal parmo received but ordered a Frenchman) but discovered to late to go back and change order over due to living 15 mins away from shop - called to advise the restaurant of this

Parmo was absolutely gorgeous and huge. Lovely to have REAL chips. My only negative comment is paying a £1 for the tinniest pot of garlic sauce that was only half full anyway

Not impressed. Ordered at just after 7pm eventually recieved order at 9.55pm. After ringing up to see where it was. When it arrived the chips were so hard they were uneatable. Parmo was the saving grace. But overall I was disappointed

We ordered 2x parmos from The Vault at 6.10pm online and it stated that food would be here at 7.10pm, after it still hadn’t arrived, I called The Vault at 7.50pm to find out what was going on and was then told, unfortunately, it’s busy and it’ll take another 30 minutes, the food didn’t arrive until 8.50pm! Now I’m not normally one to go shouting about stuff like this but to wait nearly 3 hours for 2x parmos is a bit extreme. Only reason I gave it a 2 instead of 1 was because the parmos were probably the best we’ve had in a long time.

While since we’ve been but food was nowhere near as nice as it used to be. Chips were dried out, cold and chewy. Parmo’s not as nice as they’ve been in the past. Burger was nice though. Bit disappointed unfortunately.

Lovely Sunday lunch delivered to the door. We got one chicken and one pork dinner. Lots of meat and a variety of vegetables with gravy and Yorkshire pudding. We got mushy peas, mash, roasties, turnip, parsnips, cabbage and stuffing
